Acceptable Use Policy

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains the rules for using the services operated by Parlay Professionals, LLC ("Parlay Pros," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including www.parlaypros.com and any related websites, applications, APIs, dashboards, tools, communities, or services we operate (collectively, the "Service").

This AUP is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions. By using the Service, you agree to follow this AUP. If you violate this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your account, restrict access to the Service, remove content, refuse future service, or take legal action where appropriate.

Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given to them in our Terms and Conditions.

1. Purpose

This AUP is designed to:

  • Protect Parlay Pros, our users, and our technology
  • Protect our proprietary models, pricing outputs, data, and intellectual property
  • Prevent scraping, resale, account sharing, and misuse of the Service
  • Allow users to share Parlay Pros content socially in a way that helps the brand without giving away the product
  • Make clear that the Service is an analytics and informational tool, not a sportsbook or betting platform

2. Eligibility and Truthful Use

You agree that you will:

  • Use the Service only if you are at least twenty-one (21) years old, or older if required in your jurisdiction
  • Provide accurate account, payment, identity, age, and location information
  • Not impersonate another person or create an account using false information
  • Not create multiple accounts to avoid limits, restrictions, bans, fees, or enforcement actions
  • Not use the Service if doing so would violate any law, regulation, court order, self-exclusion restriction, sportsbook restriction, or third-party agreement that applies to you

3. Account Security and Account Sharing

Your account is for you only.

You agree that you will not:

  • Share your username, password, login link, authentication code, or account access with anyone else
  • Allow friends, family members, business partners, syndicates, paid groups, or other third parties to use your account
  • Sell, rent, lease, transfer, gift, or sublicense your account or access to the Service
  • Use another person's account
  • Create accounts on behalf of other people without our written permission

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Account sharing is grounds for immediate suspension or termination without refund.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@parlaypros.com immediately.

4. General Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right
  • Commit fraud, deception, identity theft, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
  • Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, stalk, dox, or target another person
  • Post or transmit hateful, obscene, violent, unlawful, or harmful content
  • Upload viruses, malware, harmful code, or anything designed to disrupt systems
  • Interfere with, overload, damage, or impair the Service
  • Bypass security, access controls, rate limits, geographic restrictions, or subscription restrictions
  • Use the Service to circumvent any sportsbook's rules, account limitations, bans, self-exclusion programs, or terms of service
  • Use the Service in a way that exposes Parlay Pros to legal, regulatory, security, or reputational risk

5. No Scraping, Automation, or Reverse Engineering

You may not, directly or indirectly:

  • Scrape, copy, harvest, crawl, download, monitor, or extract Service content, odds, model outputs, dashboards, pricing screens, betslips, alerts, or data using automated tools
  • Use bots, scripts, browser automation, AI agents, large language models, crawlers, scrapers, or similar tools to access or copy the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to discover the source code, algorithms, logic, models, simulations, formulas, lookup tables, assumptions, or methodology behind the Service
  • Use model outputs, edge calculations, fair odds, pricing screens, or other Service content to train, build, calibrate, validate, improve, or benchmark any competing product, model, dataset, sportsbook tool, betting tool, analytics service, or AI system
  • Use multiple accounts, devices, IP addresses, VPNs, proxies, or other methods to avoid limits or detection

This section does not prohibit ordinary manual use of the Service by an authorized user for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Personal Social Sharing Is Allowed

We want users to share Parlay Pros in a way that helps the brand grow.

Subject to this AUP, you may share screenshots, excerpts, summaries, or commentary about your own experience with the Service on personal social media, in private conversations, or in other personal, non-commercial contexts.

For example, you may generally post things like:

  • A screenshot of a Parlay Pros model output
  • A personal comment about what the model is showing
  • A post tagging Parlay Pros
  • A personal reaction to a betslip, edge calculation, or pricing comparison

When sharing Service content, you must:

  • Keep visible any Parlay Pros branding, watermarks, disclaimers, timestamps, odds sources, or context shown with the output
  • Not crop, edit, or present the output in a misleading way
  • Not present stale, expired, delayed, or historical outputs as current or live
  • Not claim that Parlay Pros guarantees profits or outcomes
  • Not describe model outputs as official betting picks, locks, risk-free plays, personalized betting advice, or financial advice
  • Not imply that Parlay Pros sponsored, approved, endorsed, or partnered with you unless we have agreed in writing

7. Prohibited Sharing, Resale, and Redistribution

You may not:

  • Sell, resell, license, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise commercialize access to the Service or any Service content
  • Run a paid Discord, Telegram, newsletter, tipster account, social-media page, website, podcast, subscription, alert service, or community using Parlay Pros outputs without our written permission
  • Bulk post, systematically repost, mirror, syndicate, or redistribute Service content in a way that lets non-subscribers regularly receive the value of paid features
  • Modify, summarize, paraphrase, reformat, crop, obscure, combine, or repackage Service outputs to avoid these restrictions
  • Use Service content as an input, feature, dataset, or signal for a competing product or commercial betting service
  • Remove, obscure, or alter Parlay Pros branding, watermarks, disclaimers, timestamps, odds sources, or context
  • Share content in a way that misrepresents the Service, its accuracy, its purpose, or its limitations
  • Use Parlay Pros trademarks, logos, screenshots, model outputs, or other Company materials in paid advertising, formal endorsements, affiliate promotions, sponsorships, or other commercial promotional content without our written permission

Personal, non-commercial social sharing permitted under Section 6 is allowed. The line is simple: you can post about Parlay Pros, but you cannot give away, resell, scrape, clone, or build a business on top of our paid product without permission.

Nothing in this Section restricts any use protected as fair use, fair dealing, news reporting, criticism, commentary, scholarship, or research under applicable law.

8. Sportsbook Interactions

Parlay Pros is not a sportsbook and does not accept, place, transmit, settle, or facilitate wagers.

If the Service links to a sportsbook or displays sportsbook odds, you understand and agree that:

  • Any wager or transaction with a sportsbook is solely between you and that sportsbook
  • Sportsbooks control their own odds, rules, availability, account limits, bans, voids, payouts, and settlement decisions
  • Odds, lines, availability, and permissible combinations may change at any time
  • A sportsbook may reject, modify, limit, void, delay, suspend, or close accounts for any reason allowed by its terms or applicable law
  • Parlay Pros is not responsible for any sportsbook decision or for any losses, missed opportunities, rejected bets, voided bets, account limitations, or account closures

You may not use the Service to make false statements, submit false information, or engage in deceptive conduct toward any sportsbook.

9. User Content and Communications

If the Service allows you to submit content, comments, posts, messages, feedback, screenshots, profile information, or other materials, you may not submit anything that:

  • Is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, abusive, hateful, obscene, or harassing
  • Infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights
  • Contains another person's private information without permission
  • Promotes illegal gambling, fraud, money laundering, violence, or other illegal activity
  • Contains spam, advertising, solicitations, malware, or harmful code
  • Impersonates another person or falsely suggests affiliation with Parlay Pros
  • Targets minors or vulnerable individuals

We may review, remove, restrict, or disable content at our discretion, but we are not required to monitor all user content.

10. Authorized Business, API, or Partner Use

Unless we agree otherwise in writing, the Service is for personal, non-commercial use only.

Commercial, enterprise, API, sportsbook, media, affiliate, partner, research, testing, market-making, or institutional use requires a separate written agreement with Parlay Pros.

If we enter into a separate written agreement with you, that agreement may allow conduct that would otherwise be restricted by this AUP, but only to the extent expressly permitted in that agreement.

11. Security Research

You may not probe, scan, test, attack, or attempt to identify vulnerabilities in the Service without our prior written permission.

If you believe you found a security issue, contact us at support@parlaypros.com with the subject line "Security Issue." Do not publicly disclose the issue or access, modify, delete, download, or expose data belonging to Parlay Pros, users, or third parties.

We do not currently operate a public bug bounty program.

12. Enforcement

If we believe you violated this AUP, our Terms and Conditions, or applicable law, we may take action, including:

  • Issuing a warning
  • Removing or restricting content
  • Limiting access to features
  • Suspending or terminating your account
  • Refusing future service
  • Blocking accounts, devices, payment methods, or identifiers associated with abuse
  • Retaining fees already paid, to the extent permitted by law
  • Reporting conduct to service providers, payment processors, sportsbooks, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate
  • Seeking damages, injunctive relief, attorneys' fees, or other legal remedies

We are not required to take the same action in every case. Our failure to enforce this AUP in one instance does not waive our right to enforce it later.

13. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this AUP, please report it to support@parlaypros.com with relevant details. For security issues, see Section 11. For copyright issues, see our DMCA process in our Terms and Conditions.

We will review reports in good faith but make no commitment regarding any specific action or response time.

14. Appeals

If your account is suspended or terminated and you believe the action was a mistake, you may contact support@parlaypros.com with the subject line "Account Appeal."

We may review appeals in our discretion. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement and does not pause any enforcement action.

15. Changes to This AUP

We may update this AUP from time to time. When we update it, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes may be communicated through the Service, by email, or by other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the Service after an updated AUP is posted means you accept the updated AUP to the extent permitted by law.

16. Relationship to Other Terms

This AUP supplements our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. If there is a direct conflict between this AUP and the Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions control. If there is a direct conflict regarding how we handle personal information, the Privacy Policy controls.
